My Mom always dressed me up in a pretty, girly dress for my birthday parties, so your little girl should dress up in ruffles too!

We made this sweet harness using a medium color denim fabric and trimmed the bodice and skirt with a double layer, floral and denim ruffle. The triple reinforced D-Ring placket is decorated with 2 pretty ribbon flowers, and the lining matches the floral print ruffles. Super strong Velcro secures the neck and belly straps and allow for 2-3 inches of adjustment. The skirt falls about 3/4 down the body, it’s not full length.
